About Me

My Photo
Birmingham, United Kingdom
Hey - i am 26 years old and i live in the Uk. I discovered Konad around October 2010 , and my bank balance has yet to recover. i have since collected a very large collection of fauxnads and Konads. the goal for this blog is simple - (1) Further explore the world of nail art stamping. (2) To keep a record of all my experiments with stamping. (3) To show you the potential each stamp has. (4) To show you that you don't have to be a 'Konading' expert to have fun! =)

MoYou London + ' let's fly like a butterfly! '

Hey Guys!

I hope you're all well - I've missed you all Loads!!!

I thought I'd stop by and share some old manicures that I feel
ought to be shared. Conveniently this manicure also fits
with this weeks 'Adventures In Stamping'  challenge, which is :

' Butterflies, ladybugs & fireflies'

For this Manicure I used:

- OPI - Don't Talk Bach To Me & Deutsch
- Y.C.C nail enamel - 082
-  Nails Inc polish -  Kensington
- Orly -  Lucky Duck
- Julep - Leah
- Konad Special Green Polish
- La Femme Beauty - Lime Cream
- MoYou White Stamping polish
- MoYou London Kitty Collection 01
- Seche Vite

- Beauty UK - Yellow Peril
- Dotting Tools.

I love creating adventurous bases - I'd be lost without a sponge ....seriously lost!

To create the base ( See Below) of my manicure I applied:

- A coat of Poshe Fast Drying Base Coat
- I then applied a coat of Nails Inc's  Kensington.

Then from my lunula, a.k.a your
nail moon (see below) , I  Sponged (going downwards, blended
together as I sponged)

- I then, sponged Orly's Lucky Duck.
- Konad's Special Green Polish.
- Julep's Leah.
- Y.C.C nail enamel's 082
- - La Femme Beauty's Lime Cream
- Finishing with , OPI's - Don't Talk Bach To Me & Deutsch (at my tips)

Here's a cheeky bottle Shot =D

For my manicure I used :

not only is she a fab blogger but she's also a close friend.

I was looking through my collection and found Image plate - Nailz Craze NC03

only appropriate  to make a Christmas jumper manicure.

For this manicure I used:

- Barielle - Elle's Spell.
- Seche vite

I really do love how this looks on my nails - But I'm less impressed
with how this manicure photographed =S

Here's a random - but still interest fact about Friday 13th

The fear of Friday the 13th has been called friggatriskaidekaphobia (Frigga being the name of the Norse goddess for whom "Friday" is named in English and triskaidekaphobia meaning fear of the number thirteen), or paraskevidekatriaphobia[10][11] a concatenation of the Greek words Paraskeví (Παρασκευή, meaning "Friday"), and dekatreís (δεκατρείς, meaning "thirteen") attached to phobía (φοβία, from phóbos, φόβος, meaning "fear"). The latter word was derived in 1911[citation needed] and first appeared in a mainstream source in 1953. [12]
