Hey - i am 26 years old and i live in the Uk. I discovered Konad around October 2010 , and my bank balance has yet to recover. i have since collected a very large collection of fauxnads and Konads. the goal for this blog is simple - (1) Further explore the world of nail art stamping. (2) To keep a record of all my experiments with stamping. (3) To show you the potential each stamp has. (4) To show you that you don't have to be a 'Konading' expert to have fun! =)

BM223 + ' Jingle Bells! '

Hey Guys

Here is another festive manicure for you all today!.

I have one more festive manicure to do after this one - I really
do love Christmas / Themed manicures =))).

For this Manicure I used:

- LED Nail - 012 Deep Red Magnetic Nail Polish.
- Avon Mirror Shine- Gold Foil , Polished Pink & Metallic Mauve.
-  Kleancolor - Metallic Aqua & Green.
Rimmel London - 5 in 1 Nail Care.
- Dotting tools.
- BM223

Until Yesterday, I had never used magnetic polish - I can
however now officially say... that I am now hooked!.

Yes...the Dotting tool came out again for this - However, I
love how it adds the finishing touches to this manicure =).

Here's a close up, of the detail per nail.

How I created the ( Below) base :

- I applied a base coat - Rimmel London - base coat strength.
- I then applied One coat of LED Nail - 012 Deep Red Magnetic Nail Polish.
- I then allowed this to dry.
- I then applied one thick coat of polish to one nail, I then immediately placed the magnet over the nail as close as possible without actually touching the nail.
- Then repeat this technique on each nail and finish with top coat.

  7. There had to be a Jingle Bells mani and it had to come from you. Great combo.
Magnetics are a bit tricky. I always manage to ruin a couple of nails because I touch the magnet. Oops.
