Hey - i am 26 years old and i live in the Uk. I discovered Konad around October 2010 , and my bank balance has yet to recover. i have since collected a very large collection of fauxnads and Konads. the goal for this blog is simple - (1) Further explore the world of nail art stamping. (2) To keep a record of all my experiments with stamping. (3) To show you the potential each stamp has. (4) To show you that you don't have to be a 'Konading' expert to have fun! =)

Mash-37 & Mash-42 - 'A Scenic Horseback Riding Adventure'

Hey Guys!

Dan from Mash recently asked If I would mind doing a
guest post for Mash's blog....I immediately Said yes!...Though I'd lie if
I said I wasn't nervous about this post!

This is my first just ever guest post for Mash (Eek!)....  I spent
what felt like a lifetime reviewing my nail polish stash...Then I had the uneasy
job of selecting a Mash Image plate (In the end I selected 2 =-P) - I came up
with this simple manicure - I hope you all like what I've done

For this Manicure I used

- Nails Inc - Cumberland Street.
- Barry M Nail Paint - Bale Blue.
- La Femme Beauty - Ice Blue Cream.
- Y.C.C nail enamel - 030 (For stamping the horse)
-Random Green and a Yellow Fraulein 38 Nail Art Liners.
-  Rimmel London - 5 in 1 Nail Care
- A sponge.

I love creating colourful and interesting bases - Gradient backgrounds
can really emphasis a manicure especially when using Image Plates.

To create the base of my manicure (Above)  I used:

- I applied my base coat (Essential!)
- I then applied one coat of Nails Inc's Cumberland Street to my nails.
- I Sponged Barry M's Bale Blue to the half way point on my nails.
- I then sponged La Femme Beauty's Ice Blue Cream on the tips of my nails, followed by a top coat.

Here is a picture of the Mash-37 & Mash-42. these are the Image plate's
that I used to create my manicure. It can be purchased from Here.

I really love the selection of Images you get in
Mash's Nail Art Image Plates Set (26-50) - The amount of Manicures
you can create with this one set is endless!

Thank you for having me Mash!
My post can be found Here- check it out =D

Take care everyone!
