SdP 57 + ' Doe a deer - A female Deer ! '

Hey guys

After Fridays fail manicure - I needed a Holo pick me up!.

This weeks 'Adventures In Stamping' challenge was to stamp with a plate - that 

ended in the number seven. I decided to use the lovely deer Image 

on plate SdP 57.

For this manicure I used:

- Milani -  Cyberspace.

- Beauty UK - Lilac Girl.

- Konad Special Black Polish.

- A selection of Green fraulein 38 Nail Art Liners.

- SdP 57.

I love how this turned out - The purple background adds a nightly feel this Manicure =D.

To create the base ( See Below) of my manicure I used:

- Two coats of Beauty UK's Lilac Girl.

- I then applied One coat of Milani's Cyberspace.

Big SdP N + A bit of a Fail '

Hey Guys

Thank god its Friday!!! =D.

Unfortunately, this is not one of my best manicures - However you're never learn if 

you don't make mistakes and learn from them!

Anyway onto the manicure:

For this Manicure I used:

- Ciate - My Fair Lady.

- Fab Ur Nails Stamping Polish - Pink , Yellow , Avocado Green ,

 Bubble Blue & Lavender.

- Big SdP N.

What I hate about this manicure:

- I cannot fault the Image plate and stamping polishes that I used to create 

this manicure with - However, I just feel that this manicure 'looks' washed out.

- I HATE how streaky the base colour looks -  I didn't have a problem when I

 used it for this manicure - This will teach me NOT to 

paint my nails with bad lighting.

Anyway runs away from my negative comments....

Review for Born Pretty + GCOCL Stamping Nail Art Paints

Hey Guys

I have done 2 recent reviews for Born Pretty - Here & Here.

Born Pretty contacted me again recently, to ask if i would like to review another product 

for them - I immediately replied Yes! and selected a product I'd been keen to try for a while.

I have had a lot of emails asking if i have tried GCOCL Stamping Nail Art Polishes.

Ive always been on the fence about buying non konad stamping polishes - 

So i was glad to be given the opportunity to have a play with them.

Here is the Stamp Nail Polish for Nail Art Printing Color Machine Set they sent me:

The following is contained in the box:

- Red Stamping Polish.

- Yellow Stamping Polish.

- Black Stamping Polish..

- White Stamping Polish.

- Green Stamping Polish.

- Blue Stamping Polish and one Clear Top Coat.

 

 Each bottle contains 10ml of polish.

I decided the only way to show how well a stamping polish will preform, is 
to use Black and White paper!

The stamp I chose to use for these swatches was the 
Cocktail glass from the Designer Plate 2 - Food and Drink.

I would like to add that i was particularly particularly happy

a dark color! - This defiantly got my Thumbs up

Happy Birthday Spellbinding Nails

Hey Guys

Spellbinding Nails celebrated it's First birthday on Sunday.

 So i decided to :

1) Do a manicure for the occasion (Like i need a excuse lol).

2) Buy a present to celebrate - My own Domain!

- Kleancolor - Chunky Holo Poppy.

- Rimmel London -Matte Finish.

I really like how this manicure turned out

SdP 54 + ' A funky Monkey! '

Hey Guys

This is my first 'stamping challenge manicure ' - I created this manicure

 for a group that i joined on Facebook called

 'Adventures In Stamping' .

 to gain great tips and support with stamping!

For this Manicure I used :

- Barry M - Spring Green.

- Nails Inc polish - Jermyn Street nail polish.

- Konad Special Black Polish.

- Some Green and a Yellow -  Fraulein 38 Nail Art Liners.

- SdP 54.

I tried to sit the monkey on a log surrounded by grass....But if you look

 close enough ... (Oops) the monkey is hovering above the Log.

 /Bonk! - Oh well i tried!.

 Adventures In Stamping's first Sunday challenge included the colour green.

I used this challenge as an excuse to dig out my favourite green of all time.

I love everything about Barry Ms Spring Green - Its my favourite polish of all time.

RA116 +' Golden Leaves! '

Hey Guys

I recently received my red angel plates!

I was getting so fed up of seeing them swatched on blogs - feeling mine 

would never reach me =-/ .

I brought my plates in November- However, they were initially lost in the post - So the

 company were kind enough to re-post a set to me.

Before i start rambling on I'll move onto the manicure:

For this Manicure I used:

- Nail Pop - Hotpants

- Beauty UK Midnight Minx's Green.

- Konad Special White Polish.

- RA116

- Dotting Tools.

This polish is Nail Pops colour no.15. 

It is from New Looks new make up range - Available in superdrug 

stores (For UK readers only I'm afraid)!

This shade is called Hotpants ... I'm in love with this shade!

I only needed to apply one coat! - I love one coat polishes!

 I just love its metallic colour and texture!.. I'm defiantly getting more polish from this brand!

Before setting with this image plate (below) I used RA103 - but 

found the designs to be too deep to use =(.

I'm currently trying to resolve this with the 

company - Needless to say they are being brilliant about the situation.

Here is the image plate that I did however use =).

Anyway back to the ramble lol.

I got these red angel plates shortly after Christmas.  

Whilst looking through the plates - to ensure that none were missing. I noticed that

 plates RA111 and RA113 had wingless fairies =-/.

 I also had 4 other plates with bad etched marks on them. 

I immediately contacted the company for advise.

They came back to me again promptly - I love it when companies do this!

They advised me that: 

We are sorry about the problem. The reason that the fairies are without wings for your reshipment is because we changed our designs in the beginning of the December. The reshipment for your new package was sent on 12/21/2011 with the new designs. 

However -  They also advised me they would look for replacement plates

 with wings as my order was made in November - They also replaced

the 4 plates that had etchings on the designs.

The new plates arrived today - see the comparisons 

I'm glad i was able to get my hands on the correct plates =) .

However, if you ordered them after they changed their designs - then

 check out what my lovely friend Caitlin has discovered.

C02 + ' Wellies on a wet Day! '

Hey Guys

Its been raining since 2012 started - which has put me in such a happy mood!

So i thought I'd delicate my manicure to the first raindrops of

 2012 ( I swear i haven't gone crazy - nor am i drunk whilst writing this - I 

just simply love it when it rains <3 ).

- Barry M - Black and Cyan Blue.

- Nail Pop - Pearl Effect.

- Rimmel London -Matte Finish.

- Fab Ur Nails Stamping Polish - Yellow.

- Dotting Tools.

- Konad CO2.

These wellies are so super cute! I love that these plates are soo super cute.

I really hope Konad start making more adventurous designs this year... I'm so bored of flowers and butterflies from them =-/.
